Openings:
We’re seeking accredited trainers to deliver trainings on the following topics:

Career pathways and progression for trainees and apprentices in the legal sector

SQE preparation

Strengths-based performance

Emotional intelligence and self-leadership

Emerging leadership development
Essential requirements:
-
Proven experience within the legal sector, ideally as a fee-earner
-
Strong commercial awareness and a track record of working with high-performing teams
-
In-depth knowledge of entry routes and career pathways in the legal industry

Experience delivering workshops and webinars to large corporate groups, both in-person and online
-
Expertise in facilitating interactive sessions with open discussions and breakout activities
-
Ability to translate psychological and scientific principles into actionable, practical learning experiences
-
A genuine passion for human and business performance

Commitment to quality, excellence, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
-
Professional accreditation from a recognised body
-
Valid Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
-
Based in London or surrounding areas
