JUNIOR TALENT TRAINER

​Openings:

We’re seeking accredited trainers to deliver trainings on the following topics:

• Career pathways and progression for trainees and apprentices in the legal sector 

• SQE preparation 

• Strengths-based performance 

• Emotional intelligence and self-leadership 

• Emerging leadership development 

​

Essential requirements: ​

• Proven experience within the legal sector, ideally as a fee-earner

• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of working with high-performing teams

• In-depth knowledge of entry routes and career pathways in the legal industry

• Experience delivering workshops and webinars to large corporate groups, both in-person and online

• Expertise in facilitating interactive sessions with open discussions and breakout activities

• Ability to translate psychological and scientific principles into actionable, practical learning experiences

• A genuine passion for human and business performance

• Commitment to quality, excellence, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• ​Professional accreditation from a recognised body

• Valid Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

• Based in London or surrounding areas
