We’re seeking accredited trainers to deliver AND/OR develop bespoke trainings on the following topics: 

  • Career pathways and progression for trainees and apprentices's in the legal sector 

  • Strengths-based performance 

  • Emotional intelligence and self-leadership 

  • Emerging leadership development 

  • The psychology of sustainable peak performance 

Essential requirements: 

  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working with high-performing groups 

  • Very good understanding of entry routes and career pathways in the legal sector

  • Experience delivering workshops / webinars to large corporate groups in-person and online

  • Skilled at leading dynamic training sessions that includes open discussions and breakout rooms 

  • Accreditation from a professional body

  • Ability to translate scientific/psychological theories into practical and digestible strategies

  • Passion for human and business performance

  • Committed to quality and excellence, strong personal initiative and adaptability 

  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance 

  • Please note: we are not looking for 1-2-1 coaches
