With a strong commercial background and extensive experience working at senior management level, she can fully appreciate the daily demands that senior leaders encounter in the high-pressured legal environment.
Since her time in corporate, Marie has also gone on to become a leading mental health trainer, an instructor for MHFA England and the head of multiple national health campaigns.
Marie's unique combination of commercial and workplace culture experience shapes her practical and strategic approach to sustainable growth in the legal sector.

CLAIRE WILLIAMSON

Claire is one of the leading resilience coaches in the UK. After training and qualifying as a litigator at a Magic Circle law firm she retrained as a coach and has since worked exclusively within the legal industry. With her legal background she fully understands the pressures that fee earners face in their roles.
After a difficult traineeship, where Claire lost her father to motor neurone disease, Claire knows how challenging it can be to balance the pressures of work and life.
She is passionate about empowering the next generation of lawyers to create sustainable success in their roles and to reduce the loss of top talent within the legal industry.

LAXMI JAISHI
Senior Coach & Trainer
Laxmi is an experienced coach and trainer who is passionate about helping lawyers fulfil their potential. With a background in law and two master’s degrees in psychology and neuroscience, Laxmi specialises in translating science into real world solutions to benefit individuals, teams and organisations.
Having practised law for over 10 years in the City in private practice and in-house at large financial institutions, she has extensive experience of working in demanding roles and insight into the desire to excel that can both drive and burn out lawyers. By drawing on the interrelation between the brain, behaviour and performance, Laxmi believes lawyers can be empowered to attain peak performance whilst maintaining peak mental health

LISA BOYD
Executive Leadership Coach
Lisa is a former solicitor and an award winning EMCC accredited executive coach with extensive experience developing professionals in the legal sector.
Lisa helps clients achieve challenging goals, build resilience, manage relationships and conflict, problem solve and plan for change using EQ, NLP and Systemic approaches.
Lisa’s practice is built on her commercial experience including working as a solicitor for ten years, specialising in Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation both in private practice and in-house. This has given her deep insights into the pressures of working in a legal environment.

BIANCA RIEMER
Executive Leadership Coach
Bianca is a highly qualified leadership development expert with over 20 years experience working in the City. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with a Big 4 accountancy firm, she went on to work for bulge bracket investment banks for over a decade.
Bianca has first-hand experience of overcoming burnout whilst rising through the ranks in a highly competitive environment, and she is passionate to support other high achievers to thrive. Over the last 5 years, Bianca has trained hundreds of high performers in the City to excel in their challenging roles and thrive both personally and professionally.

JANE GILCHRIST

Jane is an Associate Accredited Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has worked as a Senior Leader in the legal and professional services sector in litigation, operational and technical management roles.
Jane fully appreciates the unique demands and challenges of those working in the legal industry and is passionate about helping others succeed in a collaborative and impactful way.
