​Due to the increased demand for leadership training since the publication of workplace culture guidance from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), we’re currently expanding our team and recruiting for a number of positions.



We’re seeking accredited trainers to deliver AND/OR develop bespoke trainings on the following topics: 


  • Mental health in the workplace - with an emphasis on risk and compliance, performance management, absence management and SRA guidelines

  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

  • Neurodiversity 

  • Bullying, harassment and victimisation 

  • Performance management - including work allocation and delegation 


Essential requirements: 

  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working with c-suite/leadership groups 

  • Thorough understanding of the SRA’s workplace culture guidance 

  • Experience delivering workshops / webinars to large corporate groups in-person and online

  • Skilled at leading dynamic training sessions that includes open discussions and breakout rooms 

  • Accreditation from a professional body

  • Passion for human and business performance 

  • Ability to translate scientific/psychological theories into practical and digestible strategies

  • Committed to quality and excellence, strong personal initiative and adaptability 

  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance 

  • Please note: we are not looking for 1-2-1 coaches
