ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

Overview: part-time, fully remote.

 

We are looking for a detail-orientated self-starter to support our Company Directors and team to provide a first-class client experience.

 

Daily administrative tasks vary and include:

  • Preparing and tailoring client proposals and booking confirmations 

  • Scheduling training programmes, including the diary management of Leading Minds trainers

  • Pre/post-training session management, including processing feedback reports

  • Ad hoc proofreading and admin tasks

 

Core skills required for this role:

  • Effective professional communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and grammatical accuracy

  • Process-orientated with strong organisation and coordination skills

  • Performs well in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Highly proficient in Zoom, Google Drive and Canva
