ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
Overview: part-time, fully remote.
We are looking for a detail-orientated self-starter to support our Company Directors and team to provide a first-class client experience.
Daily administrative tasks vary and include:

Preparing and tailoring client proposals and booking confirmations

Scheduling training programmes, including the diary management of Leading Minds trainers
-
Pre/post-training session management, including processing feedback reports
-
Ad hoc proofreading and admin tasks
Core skills required for this role:

Effective professional communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and grammatical accuracy
-
Process-orientated with strong organisation and coordination skills
-
Performs well in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Highly proficient in Zoom, Google Drive and Canva
